At Auslind Integrated Services, we carry out stainless steel and carbon steel piping installations for the conveyance of various fluids and products to recognized international standards and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice as applicable in the Food and Beverages Industry in particular and manufacturing industries in general.

We also do both hot and cold insulation on piping installations and on storage vessels which are then finished off with presentable cladding for good aesthetics and protection of the insulation material.

One of Auslind Integrated Services Infrastructure’s core activities includes insulation and cladding for industrial installations.

Our years’ of experience in the disassembly, reassembly and renewal of industrial insulation pipes, vessels, tank walls and specials, have helped clients on some of the world’s largest new construction, renovation and maintenance shutdown projects.

We also carry out installation of heavy industrial production machines like steam boilers, water treatment plants, air compressors, chillers, bottling lines equipment, storage tanks, fermentation and similar jacketed vessels.

We fabricate, install and maintain various types and sizes of conveyor systems, such as bottles, crates, pallets and bulk goods conveyors including bags, pneumatic and grains transfer systems. We also fabricate air supply and extractor ducts.

In view of our vast experience in maintenance of production facilities, especially utilities and bottling line equipment, we carry out contract maintenance and overhauls of bottling line machines, right from the depalletizer through bottle washer and pasteurizer to the palletizer.

Over the years, our technicians have been subjected to rigorous training and development in modern maintenance techniques in order to sharpen their skills not only aimed at better maintenance performance indicator levels but also to keep them up to date with latest innovations in equipment manufacture. This is an exercise that is continuously being carried out as part of our culture. Objective being to ensure that the key maintenance performance indicators, mean time to repair (MTTR) is kept on a downward trend while  the mean time between failures (MTBF) is sustained on an upward trend.
